General Terms and Conditions

Please read these conditions carefully before using our services. By using our services, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions. 

Neuroscience Razi offers medical products, in particular, medical literature. When you use our services, you will be subject to the general terms, guidelines and conditions of online-shopping.

Please report us as a purchaser any problems concerning orders and violations of seller policies.

If you feel that the representation of a work on our website infringes your intellectual property rights, copyrights or trademark or patent rights, please notify us. We try to prevent any infringement, and we will respond to your notification by taking appropriate measures.

We are liable without limitation if any damage to sold goods is caused by an intentional or gross negligent breach of duty. In addition, we are liable for slight negligent breach of essential obligations. Essential are those obligations the breach of which puts at risk the achievement of the contractual purpose, or the performance of which enables the fulfillment of the contract and is regularly trusted on by you. In this case, however, we are only liable for foreseeable damage typical of the contract. We are not liable for slight negligent breach of any other obligations. These limitations of liability do not apply for damages from injury to life, body or health, for a defect after a guarantee for the condition of the product and fraudulently concealed defects. The liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

The above-mentioned conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and the application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. We both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Luxembourg City, which means that you may bring a claim to enforce your consumer protection rights in connection with these Conditions of Use in Luxembourg or in the EU country in which you live. We prefer to solve your requests in direct contact with you and therefore do not participate in alternative consumer dispute resolution proceedings.
